BreakGround offers four pricing tiers designed to scale with your organization. Each plan unlocks additional features and increases usage limits.

Complimentary tokens refresh at the start of each calendar month. Enterprise tenants receive a custom allocation configured by the platform administrator. Additional tokens can be purchased when token purchasing is enabled.

Feature Gates
Features not included in your current plan are gated in the dashboard. When you attempt to access a gated feature, you see an upgrade prompt with a comparison of what each plan includes.
The platform performs a two-tier access check in real time:
- Feature enablement — is the feature turned on for your plan?
- Usage limits — if enabled, is your current usage within the plan's limit?
Upgrading your plan immediately unlocks the corresponding features without requiring a page refresh or re-login.
Usage Limits
Each plan enforces limits on content items (flows, tooltips, beacons, surveys, etc.), monthly active users (MAU), team members, and sites. When you approach a limit, the dashboard displays a usage warning. Exceeding a limit prevents creation of new items of that type until you upgrade or remove existing items.
You can check current usage at any time via the Usage section in the dashboard.
AI-powered features consume tokens from your tenant's balance. Each plan includes a complimentary monthly allocation (see table above). Additional tokens can be purchased from Pricing in the sidebar when your complimentary allocation runs out.
Additional tokens are priced at $1.50 per 1,000 tokens ($15.00 per 1 million tokens). The minimum purchase amount is 1 million tokens.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time through the dashboard:
- Navigate to Pricing in the sidebar.
- Click Upgrade on the desired plan.
- Complete the checkout process via our secure payment provider (Dodo Payments).
Upgrading your plan immediately unlocks the corresponding features without requiring a page refresh or re-login.
For Enterprise plans, please contact your platform administrator or reach out to our sales team at info@breakground.io to discuss custom requirements and pricing.
Downgrades are processed at the end of the current billing cycle. Content exceeding the lower plan's limits is not deleted but cannot be edited until within limits.
